About the Artist

Rita Antoinette, who uses only her first and middle name as an artist, has developed her artistic techniques over the past twenty-five years through the study of various art mediums and their application as it relates to the use of digitally enhanced and manipulated images. Her degrees include a BS, an MLS, and a sixth year certificate. Her additional postgraduate work is in photography and graphic design as well as other traditional and contemporary art mediums.

She has attended the New England Institute of Professional Photographers for the past three years. Her memberships include Connecticut Professional Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of New England, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

Rita’s awards include Professional Photographer of the Year, Fuji Masterpiece Award, Kodak Award of Excellence, Courts of Honor, First Places, many Best in Show, and a multitude of blue ribbons.

She resides in Connecticut and Nevada.
